Last week, we talked about tennis. That reminds me that one of my classmates in college who was very good at playing tennis. His grades were not good enough when he was admitted to the XXX university because of his tennis expertise. At that time, he was in the top ten in tennis among college students in Taiwan.

During college, he worked part-time as a tennis tutor, teaching kindergarten or elementary school children to play tennis. He has a lot of good results in tennis matches, so he has many students. According to him, the hourly salary is about 800 to 1,200 dollars. Such salary is very high for students. But that’s not a simple and easy job. There are two most difficult points. The first one is how to get the child to concentrate on playing tennis, and the second one is how to prevent them from losing control.

I didn’t contact him after graduating from university. I heard from other friends that after he graduated, he became an engineer to code all day, and tennis ended up being a leisure activity instead of a job.
